When I was younger, I thought being able to eat anything without consequences would be the ultimate superpower.

I couldn’t find a way to escape science, so I decided to learn it!

I found what, when, and how much to eat in a way that supports my goals of looking and feeling my best — while still enjoying my favorite foods.

The side effect has been more energy, liveliness, and, most importantly, sourdough bread. I feel more at home in my body and in my relationship with myself.
