English muffins with nut butter & honey

If you’re having whole eggs, you have some healthy fats there already, so feel free to sub the nut butter for a no sugar-added fruit spread, or even simply cinnamon and honey.

Fruit

Grapes, orange slices, or berries – whatever sounds good that morning!
