I help people fall in love with making mindful choices for their health, so they have more energy for the people and animals and things they love.

For the past 16 years, I’ve supported hundreds of women and men in building a kinder, more trusting relationship with their bodies, first as a certified personal trainer and later as a nutrition coach.

After healing my own health issues through diet, training competitively, and learning through love and heartbreak, my work centers on how what we consume, how we move, and who we surround ourselves with shape our body, mind, and spirit.

With a background in competitive CrossFit and bodybuilding, my approach blends health, performance, and body confidence—grounded in science and guided by intuition.

Relearning intuitively led habits isn’t always simple in a culture that profits from our disconnection and distraction. I share the guidance, practical tools, and perspective I needed to turn obstacles into strength, health, and self-trust. And continue to learn!

I’m certified through Precision Nutrition and Working Against Gravity, programs that combine nutritional physiology and behavioral psychology—blending the science and art of self-care.

I love connecting with people who are cultivating this love within themselves, wherever they are on their journey. We’re all in this together. :)


I grew up in Texas and currently live in Brooklyn, New York. I have a very cute, adventurous black cat named Lucy.

During the day I work as a software engineer. I also love to write, make music, draw, take photos, workout, and read.

These days you can find me in an acting, pole dancing, songwriting, or yoga class.
